DescriptionThe Neuromodulation Division is seeking to hire a full-time TMS Technician to support clinical operations to our TMS Clinic in Westwood. The Division provides specialized treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (mPNS). Key responsibilities include:
- Support TMS treatment sessions, including equipment setup, patient positioning, and treatment monitoring
- Collect patient assessments and assist with clinical documentation in CareConnect
- Assist with the delivery of Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and mPNS treatments
- Coordinate patient care activities and communicate with patients and providers
- Perform front desk duties, including patient check-ins, scheduling, registration, and payment collection
- Coordinate medical records and maintain accurate documentation
- Travel to satellite clinic locations as needed
