As the Scheduling Coordinator (Administrative Assistant III) with the Interventional Radiology Consultation Center you will be responsible for coordinating patient scheduling and communication with the referring physicians. It is expected that you will collaborate closely with various departments, including PRFS for financial inquiries, VIR and CSIR procedure schedulers for scheduling logistics. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as updating patient information in Care Connect, confirming insurance authorizations and maintaining patient charts while actively participating in clinic patient flow and quality improvement initiatives. Salary Range: $28.23 – $40.44 Hourly
