Summary:
RN IV Specialist is accountable for direct and indirect patient care through the use of the Nursing Process. Serves as a role model in IV therapy modalities, vascular access, organization and continuous improvements. Additionally, the IV Specialist assumes responsibilities designed to improve quality of self care of specific patient population through education of patient, family and hospital staff. Must be self directed and have excellent communication skills.

Other information:
A registered nurse in good standing in the state of Arkansas. Healthcare CPR required, ACLS is strongly encouraged - training provided. One year registered nurse experience required - preferably in the ED or Critical Care. BSN preferred.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
