Description

As a Program Manager (“Project Implementation Manager”) within our Ambulatory Operational Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in the introducing and managing new systems, programs, and initiatives. This role involves overseeing projects from initial scope assessments through implementation and ensuring sustainability. The Program Manager will serve as a liaison between various department stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of projects with the organization’s overarching objectives. You will also provide guidance to the project teams, including project management and operational teams focused on delivering business continuity and operational improvements. This position reports directly to the Ambulatory Operational Excellence Director and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that positively impacts operational access for patients and clinic performance. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record in project management, healthcare operations, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. This role were oversee see a team of project managers that will work directly with clinics in defining, planning and executing key strategic patient access priorities to advance ambulatory operations and support the growth of clinical programs across all of UCLA Health’s 260+ clinics. Additionally, the position will work with physician leadership on implementation strategies and tactics with physicians across all of UCLA Health’s clinics. Salary Range: $86,9000 – $197,300 Annual
