Summary
An exciting opportunity with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System's Employment and Recruitment Department exists for an energetic and enthusiastic Employment and Recruitment Specialist.
This position provides a high level of customer service to recruiters, applicants, candidates, co-workers and leaders as it relates to recruiting processes and programs.
The Employment & Recruitment Specialist provides operational support for recruiters and management within Human Resources Recruitment; including but not limited to: making hotel and flight arrangements, building interview itineraries for candidates; processing new hire badges, new hire orientation preparation, scheduling, processing check requests etc.
The qualified candidate must possess a High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred. The ideal candidate will also have strong Microsoft Office knowledge and previous Human Resources / Talent Acquisition experience.
