Description
UCLA Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Rape Treatment Center (RTC) and Stuart House at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center in a part-time capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide trauma-informed psychiatric care within a highly specialized outpatient program dedicated to supporting adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

Designed for physicians who are passionate about advocacy and mental health, this position emphasizes patient-centered, trauma-informed care delivered through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Physicians will provide care in both in-person and telehealth settings while working closely with therapists and care teams to support continuity and quality outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for Adult patients within the Rape Treatment Center and Child/Adolescent patients within Stuart House
- Deliver direct patient care through both in-person and telehealth visits
- Utilize a trauma-informed, integrated care model in collaboration with therapists and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in case review meetings and interdisciplinary care planning, as requested
- Document patient encounters and complete coding accurately within Epic and in accordance with UCLA Health standards
- Support a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment aligned with UCLA Health service standards

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The annual salary for this position is $295,000 annual base salary and will be prorated for a 0.2 FTE at $59,000 annual base.
