Description

 

In this role you will perform duties to support the Santa Monica Hospital distribution of supplies, equipment, and linen as assigned within UCLA Health. You will work closely with patient care units as a liaison between the staff and Materials Management to ensure that the clinical department’s supply needs are being met.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Order supplies using various databases and track inventory levels
  • Receive and transport shipment; reconcile packing slips against delivered content
  • Provide customer service to staff who come to the issuing window for pick-up
  • Pick supplies and deliver content for medical cases
  • Conduct daily equipment rounds including clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment
  • Additionally, this position may be cross-trained in other areas to support departmental needs.

This is a part-time per diem (as needed) position with variable working hours and schedule. May convert to Career.

 

Salary Range: $25.06-25.06 / Hourly
