JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Description

We are seeking to hire a per diem Scribe to assist the Orthopaedic Surgery Physicians. You will provide various administrative assistance of patient care in our Orthopaedic Clinics in Westwood, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Primary duties include:

Updating patients medical record on Care Connect
Following up on laboratory and x-ray results
Assisting in patient admissions, transfer or discharges
Assisting in chart auditing (ensuring completeness and maintaining/updating work queue log)
Assisting with patient flow by checking on results of diagnostic studies, arranging dispositions, etc.
Other duties as assigned

May convert to career role.

Salary range: $24.86/hr
