Summary:
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, and physician teams across the system. Works with Physicians and Clinical Leadership to identify and prioritize standardization and utilization of products. Institute audits to observe usage and function of products. Utilizes internal and external data to identify quality of patient care and value opportunities. Supports Clinical Quality Value Analysis Committees in evaluating the quality and value of products requested by clinicians. Participates on a variety of internal committees for the purposes of collaborating on clinical quality value analysis projects. Coordinates the resolution of problems associated with product/equipment conversions. Collaborates with Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations and the appropriate clinical areas on necessary product substitution decisions. Provides support to clinical teams by identifying products that are the preferred, contracted products used at Baptist Health. Assist with product quality issues, backorders, and recalls through communication and identification of suitable substitute products. Coordinates product trials with Physicians, Clinical Staff, Education, Infection Control, Risk Management, Material Management, and Supplier. Assist in the development, collection, and documentation of product trials to assist decision makers in determining strategies for products and supply selection and utilization activities.

Current Arkansas RN License
-
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or other Allied Health Profession

Minimum of 5 years acute care experience; with at least 18 months in a leadership role (charge nurse, clinical coordinator, manager, or above)

CVAHP certification preferred or obtained within 3 years of hire

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross functional teams and suppliers

Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis

Experience building and reviewing data in Microsoft excel and/or google sheets

Preferred experience in prior participation in CQVA activities
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
