Complete the drop certification back to the tap to ensure proper operation of telecommunication equipment.
• Acted as company service representative by educating customers in a comprehensive and professional manner regarding the use of cable TV equipment, products and programming. Guides and educates customers using customer collateral with regard to PC hardware and company’s standard suggested software applications. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by diligently resolving (or referring to the appropriate department if necessary) all reasonable customer requests relating to the installation and service of telecommunications capabilities.
• Ensures that all work-related tasks are performed in a manner that is in compliance with company’s and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
