Work Status: Full Time
Summary:
Creates and conducts a variety of training sessions, workshops and roundtables for team members, including new BMG team member orientation. Supports training on systems such as API, Athena, Global HR and other operating systems. Works with all levels of BMG leadership to determine training needs and development opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates programs delivered by Organizational Development to BMG team members. Utilizes HealthStream for competencies and learning events.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter expert on established and evolving best practices related to service, culture and patient engagement.
Facilitates planning and development of action plans for assigned practices based on patient experience and/or employee engagement data.
Participates in identifying the learning needs of departments and individual team members.
Develops curriculums and materials for training. Work closely with EMR optimization and clinical operations to deliver trainings in accordance with best practice and other regulatory requirements.
Advocate for team members, as needed, to provide ongoing support, guidance, and access to resources.
Meet with team members, to educate on areas of deficit noted by Director, Manager and/or Team Leader.
Perform routine audits for non-clinical department competencies to ensure consistency and compliance with organization policy and standards.

Other information:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, teaching/facilitating programs, or physician office/group setting.
Demonstrated ability in teaching, public speaking, report writing, and program development with implementation. A history of leading performance improvement activities along with data and analytic interpretation is a must.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or a related field is required. Appropriate experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
