Summary:
The System Vice President of Cardiovascular Service Line has strong leadership skills, creativity, and high energy, strong knowledge base in service line management, organizational development, managed care strategies, strategic planning, financial analysis, research methodologies, and performance improvement. SVP of Cardiovascular Service Line leads the planning, development and execution plans to grow and develop cardiovascular and cardiology services, including expansion to other services and areas, across all geographic regions and Baptist Health sites by working through the Baptist Health Executive Team.
Other information:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare management.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
