Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Mid = $28.28
Max = $33.93
Summary:
The Retail Coordinator supports the Retail Manager in overseeing the Gift Shop, Corner Stork Café, and Fundraising Events. This role assists in coordination of purchasing, buying, merchandising, inventory control and other related activities of the volunteer retail operations. The Retail Coordinator provides weekend coverage, supervision and training of volunteer staff and day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Supports, with the direction of the Retail Manager the retail operations by handling purchasing, inventory control, planning, pricing, and merchandising.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
Ensures financial accountability across all retail sales, managing expenses, and providing comprehensive reporting.
Provides supervision to weekend retail volunteers, including scheduling, staffing, coaching, and training.
Contributes to various Volunteer Services programs as directed by the Retail Manager and Director of Volunteer Services.
Maintains excellent working relationships with a diverse group of volunteers, staff and vendors and contributes to overall success of volunteer services program.
Establishes effective work priorities while remaining flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing, fast paced volunteer environment and non-traditional volunteer’s hours.

Education:
Essential:
* HS DIPLOMA/GED
Other information:
High School Diploma
3+ years of retail/customer service experience.
Preferred Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting or related field.
5 + years retail management experience.
