Description

 

The Division of Pediatric Neurology is seeking a Research Program Management Analyst to support the IMPACT Longitudinal Natural History Study, a multi-site clinical research study focused on autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. Under general supervision, the analyst will assist with the planning, development, and execution of program operations across partner institutions; support IRB protocol submissions and regulatory compliance; coordinate site readiness, assessment scheduling, and data collection activities; and contribute to the development of program deliverables, including reports, presentations, communications, and meeting materials.

The role works closely with internal and external partners, including UCLA investigators, partner-site teams, funders, and community representatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and writing skills, experience in clinical or public health research settings, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

This is a limited position that may convert to career.

 

Salary Range: $29.17 – $56.37 Hourly
