General Description: As a member of the Beebe Medical Group Provider Recruitment team, the Senior Provider Recruiter, under the direction of the Director of Provider Recruitment, provides full cycle recruitment to include marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring Physician and Advanced Practice Providers.


Collaborate with BMG leadership, Hospital leadership, BMG Recruitment team, and other stakeholders to ensure a concierge style recruitment process.


Provide full cycle Provider recruitment that aligns with Beebe's goals and values (Marketing, posting positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).


Create innovative ideas for sourcing and building physician pipelines.


Develop and implement process improvements, propose strategies for new initiatives and propose solutions to recruitment barriers.


Build dyad partnerships with BMG Operations Directors to meet the recruitment needs of the Service Lines and align strategies and tactics with Organizational goals.


Create reports and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities within the recruitment process.


Assist Director of Provider Recruitment in short-term and long-term Workforce and Succession planning.


Manage relationships with sourcing agencies as appropriate.


Understanding of Provider compensation models, onboarding and retention strategies.


Create and maintain compelling job postings on internal and external sites.


Bachelor's degree in related field. Masters preferred.  5+ years direct experience in Provider Recruitment.

AAPPR CPRP certification or willingness to obtain.

Experience working with an ATS.

Proficient in sourcing platforms.

Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of Provider Recruitment laws.

Knowledge of DEI recruitment strategies.

Knowledge of Visa sponsorship recruitment.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strategic and Critical thinking skills.

Ability to change course of action quickly and effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
