Make a positive difference in patient’s lives as a Navigation Coordinator with our Patient Navigation & Business Services department. As our Navigation Coordinator, you will serve as first point of contact and facilitate access to care for patients who seek medical care from UCLA Health by processing inquiries and converting them to patients for UCLA Health. In this role, you will also support Case Managers and Patient Coordinators as requested, including scheduling initial and follow-up appointments, arranging for interpreters as needed, arranging for transportation as needed and scheduling referrals for additional services.  You will be responsible for checking and triaging department emails and phone calls, helping to facilitate the review of patients’ medical reports, and obtaining the medical opinion of physicians regarding possible treatment plans for patients.
