Description
The Human Resources Supervisor 2 is responsible for supervising staff and managing, coordinating and/or evaluating HR services, policies, and programs for the Department of Urology. Specific areas of responsibility include Staffing and Recruitment, Employee/Labor Relations, Personnel Administration, Leave Coordination, Benefits, HR Compliance, and Payroll Management. The HR Supervisor 2 serves as a consultant and point of expertise to supervisors and department leadership on human resources issues. You will be responsible for assessing and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates proactively with department leadership and central HR. Pay Range: $86,900 – $197,900 annually.
