Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  Schedule will be a mix of 8-hour shifts (11 a.m.–7 p.m.) and 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekends)

Summary:

Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off-hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.

Other information:
RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas.   5 years of experience as an RN.   Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred.  Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem solving skills. BSN or 2 year commitment to complete. Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
