Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  Primarily weekdays 8am - 5pm

Summary:
Primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals and grant applications, and performance of responsible professional and administrative work in researching, identifying, developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities in the areas of healthcare, community outreach, and other interests of the foundation. Develop and implement grant strategies for current and future programs/projects in coordination with the CDO and Baptist Health leadership. Conduct prospect research on foundations, corporations and individuals. Coordinate and work with Baptist Health department heads and staff to collect required data, assist with grant management tools, and create progress reports to help ensure compliance with funding agencies or organizations and to meet grant deliverables. Provides support as needed for events such as Arkansas Charity Clays, Bolo Bash Luncheon and Golf, and other events.

Other information:
Must have college degree. Minimum of 2-5 years in non-profit industry. Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in grant writing, management and
reporting. Excellent writing and communication skills and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated ability to work with
all demographics and types of backgrounds. Must be well organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes, able to work
effectively under time constraints and produce quality work. Previous experience in prospect research is desirable and a proven track record of
securing grants and new funding opportunities. Must follow the Donors Bill of Rights and provide donor confidentiality.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
