Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  40 hours M-F Day per week

Summary:
Performs various functions in order to ensure accurate financial reporting, which includes maintaining and recording business transactions, balancing ledgers and preparing reports, preparing clinic financial reports with review by responsible Accountant, providing financial assistance to Accountants, training Financial Assistant Is as needed and responding to customer inquiries. Provides technical oversight to an area within the Accounting Department.

Other information:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or the equivalent years of experience in the field.
• 5 Years of previous Accounting experience, preferably Bookkeeping, and a strong knowledge of spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Accounting field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a wide variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
• A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
