Description

 

The UCLA Department of Pediatrics is known for its collaborative and high-functioning characteristics, as it strives to bring outstanding clinical care, scholarship and research, education and training to its constituents.

The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative and analytical support to the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics, ensuring the consistent implementation of operational goals is achieved.  In this role, the Executive Assistant is responsible for managing complex, critical, and often confidential business, requiring discretion, good judgment, experience, and skill.  They are expected to have the ability to make real-time decisions in keeping with the goals and values of the department.  In addition to managing the daily operations for an executive level leader, they will manage multiple projects as well as communication for other department programs and activities.  The Executive Assistant serves as a link between the executive level leader and other department executive leadership, faculty, administrators, staff, and students.

 

Salary Range: $77,961.24 – $118,644.17 Annually
