Description
As our Disability Management Consultant, you will coordinate all activities of the UCLA Health System’s Disability Management Services program with significant areas of responsibility, including both occupational and non-occupational injury and disability. In this role, you must demonstrate expertise with ADA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, and California Pregnancy Disability Leave Law and knowledge of Labor Code 132a. Our Disability Management Consultant will collaborate with employees, supervisors, leaders, legal and other departments to effectively deliver UCLA Health’s Disability Management program by providing direction and expertise in complying with state, federal, and statutory law, facilitating the interactive process, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ongoing program development. You will assess essential job functions and review requests for medical accommodation for temporary and permanent work restrictions. Salary Range: $78,800-$175,000 Annually
