Summary:
The DIO will serve as a key member of the leadership team at Baptist Health NLR.In this role,
the DIO will work to provide oversight and administration of ACGME-accredited programs
ensuring compliance with the ACGME institutional, common, and specialty-specific program
requirements.

Other information:
● M.D./D.O. with GME experience in medical education administration/educational
leadership positions and teaching resident and fellows.
● Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with members of the
academic and clinical community.
● Strong service orientation and commitment to teamwork.
● Demonstrated knowledge and skills in interpersonal and group communication that
reflect a commitment to cultural diversity.
● Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Academic rank negotiable.

This job will be authorized 40.00 hours bi-weekly.
