Department: Supply Chain Systems

Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  8AM - 5PM

Summary:

The Data Analyst will be part of a central team to develop and maintain Baptist Health Supply Chain systems, with overall responsibility to maintain internal databases in an accurate and timely manner. The Data Analyst will serve as primary liaison with contract administrators, IT, and organizational staff, providing pertinent reports, metrics, and support for all team levels.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.  BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or MIS related fields.  15+ years in MMIS field may be considered in lieu of education.
2.  3 - 5 years of experience in contract and/or data analysis
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1.  Ability to work independently. Must be flexible, adaptable, resourceful and responsive.
2.  Develop working relationships with multiple corporate departments and facility locations
3.  Strong computer skills in database management and data analysis. Ability to manage, access, and understand the supply chain systems, including financial, clinical, and operational dimensions with the ability to turn large data sets into meaningful reports.
4.  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
5.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.  Working knowledge of google business tools - Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.
6.  Strong verbal and written communication skills
7.  Ability to take initiative, use sound judgment, make independent decisions and work within tight deadlines.
8.  Experience working in healthcare, specifically managed care and/ or supply chain, is preferred.
9.  Basic Knowledge of SQL is preferred

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
