The Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) is seeking to hire a full time Clinical Quality Analyst (CQA) to conduct fidelity reviews for ACT/FACT teams across California, as part of its work as a California Center of Excellence (COE) under the BH-CONNECT Initiative. The CQA will conduct fidelity reviews on-site (in person) at team sites in public mental health clinics; extensive travel is expected.

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Maintain impeccable datasets and documents, ensuring data security and privacy.
  • Analyze collected, complex data and translate into ratings for fidelity scale, and write audience-appropriate, narratives and reports on key findings to share with multiple stakeholders
  • Based on fidelity review, provide coaching and support to ACT/FACT teams to enhance service delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, other CQAs, and other core staff, to flexibly respond to changing needs to complete timely fidelity reviews and reporting, and oversee the full cycle of the QA process for their assigned ACT/FACT sites
  • Assist training team in developing curriculum, and deliver training both in-person and virtually
  • Extensive travel to clinic sites for onsite fidelity review, to local sites and, at times, to other parts of California.

Please note this position if flexible hybrid. When necessary, occasional travel to the UCLA office and frequent travel to sites in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and surrounding regions will be required.

Pay Range: The salary to be offered will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $68,800.00 – $141,000.00 annually. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $68,800.00 – $90,000.00 annually.
