Working Hours: M-F 0800-1700
Summary:
Works in a leadership role under the assigned Director to provide for stable project management for Baptist Health. Has expertise in design/tailoring, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, upgrading and monitoring of clinical information systems and related software and also serves as a resource to team members in these activities. Assists the Section Heads and Lab Directors and Managers with project management activities and may serve as the lead role in projects delegated by the Director. Upon request provides input into team member's evaluations, department budget preparations and strategic planning. Works with new team members to provide training and direction as needed. Communicates effectively with the end user community, analysts, and vendors as needed to ensure successful and expedient implementation and problem resolution. Bachelor's degree required ASCP required 5 years clinical experience required 2 years management experience requiredThis job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
