This pivotal position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of perioperative services, working closely under the guidance of the Vice President for Perioperative Services and the Chief Nurse Officer. If you're passionate about leading change and making a significant impact in healthcare, we invite you to become a part of our esteemed team.

Job Description:

  • Contribute to strategic planning for surgical services growth.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to support surgical service expansion.
  • Participate in planning, monitoring, and managing departmental budget.
  • Assist in developing and managing annual capital and operating budgets for perioperative services.

In the first year, the new ACNO for Perioperative Services is expected to achieve the following (unordered):

  • Establish trust and credibility with the perioperative team, physicians, and staff.
  • Demonstrate approachable leadership, excellent communication, and team-building skills.
  • Cultivate a culture of professionalism, accountability, and action.
