Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of resident care and staff of the facility. Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing all functions of nursing services. Responsible for the facility's present and future viability by participating in admission, care planning, and discharge of residents. Maintains confidentiality and interpersonal relations. Coordinates hiring, scheduling, evaluation and disciplinary action of all staff. Provides in-service training to all employees. Takes necessary precautions to ensure resident safety and infection control. Contributes to achieving budgetary goals for the Center.

Other information:
Current RN license in good standing for the State of Arkansas with one or more years supervisory experience, preferably in a nursing home or an assisted living facility. Assisted Living Administrator certification from the Department of Human Service, Office of Long Term Care for the Sate of Arkansas obtained within 4 months of hire. Continuing education to keep certification and license.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
