Description
Join our team dedicated with the department of Radiological Sciences! Reporting directly to the Integrated Diagnostics (IDx) Shared Resources Program Manager this dynamic role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving the success of both new and ongoing complex IDx projects and initiatives. Responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including planning, organizing, and creating project materials such as engaging slide presentations, standard operating procedures, and insightful reports. Additionally, you’ll be at the forefront of facilitating productive meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of tasks and decisions, and supporting data entry as needed. Your role will extend to maintaining the IDx home page across all domains/organs, providing invaluable assistance to the program office in managing data requests, and overseeing supply ordering and expense reconciliation.
