The Administrative Assistant III (AA3) will provide patient care support services and other clerical & general administrative duties for the Children’s Heart Center and pediatric non-invasive Cardiodiagnostics clinic. The AA3 will work collaboratively with various teams for financial questions/concerns identified by the patient, parent or guardian. The AA3 will be assigned tasks not limited to but includes: * Answering, triaging and responding to patient phone calls * Assisting patients with scheduling diagnostic tests, preparing for clinic visits and follow up on referrals and orders * Coordination of care * Insurance authorization and verification * Obtaining insurance verification and referral authorizations, referral work queues, process requests for medical records, and other general administrative duties * Scheduling clinic appointments Salary Range: $28.23 – $40.44 Hourly
