Visa Information

TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required. On a limited, case-by-case basis, the institution may also sponsor eligible individuals for change-of-status or change-of-employer petitions for qualifying positions. TTUHSC will not pay the $100,000 fee, if applicable.

Position Description

Provides manual and/or clerical services in related work area. Work may involve strenuous physical activity and/or exposure to the outdoors. Work is performed under general supervision and is evaluated through observation and results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions

Strong interpersonal skills --Ability to understand & follow written and oral instructions --Ability to be on feet and walk
abundantly --Valid drivers license --Insurable for auto liability coverage.

Required Qualifications

Completion of High School or the equivalent and two years experience. May require a valid driver's license, with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Speak clearly & professionally --Basic telephone skills --Basic computer skills.
