Position Purpose

The Echo Cardiovascular Sonographer is responsible for performing Vascular diagnostic testing as per Accreditation Guidelines. Reports preliminary findings for physician interpretation, functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications

• Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as a RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as a RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist)
