Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Mid = $34.21
Max = $41.05
Summary:
The Supervisor Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for supervising a team of analysts who perform data extraction, analysis, and complex reporting. Responsible for creating training materials ensuring entire team is cross trained in all tasks and responsibilities. Responsible for creating a work environment and culture demonstrating consistently meeting deadlines. Able to facilitate cross functional teams through projects and or issues to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities:
Leads and assists with coordinating analytics staff, flow of work, metrics, and deadlines consistently meeting customer needs are met. Consistently demonstrates strong organizational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication and human relation skills.
Functions as system administrator for the ERP system Item Master adds, changes, deletions to ensure correct item details prices, and UOM are set up and maintained in our systems for patient care, financial accuracy and reporting. Responsible for ERP Contract Management module data integrity, seasonal forecasting, various error work ques, and par optimization analytics.
Actively participates in LEAN management program striving to continuously improve by providing recommendations on process improvement, increased efficiency and waste elimination. Ability to review Supply Chain product group offerings and create reports that identify best “standardization” cost scenarios.
Responsible for supporting all Supply Chain Services systems; INFOR FSM, GHX EDI new vendor table creation and edits, vendor management system, supply dispensing cabinet application, Vizient data management platform, Mobile supply chain hand helds. Includes responsibility for routine report feeds to various applications, ECRI recall system, CDM reports, primary distributor reports, Surgery Exchange, and others systems as acquired.
Effectively communicates and interacts with all levels of management and partners across continuum of care and various functional areas to understand the internal customer needs related to service excellence, including but not limited to data, technology, reporting needs and determine course of action and make recommendations in an actionable format to achieve desired business results. Ability to reach consensus on issues. Functions as an information resource for Supply Chain leadership.
Assures information is accurate and can be extracted in a variety of ways for the purposes of analysis. Identifies creative ways to present data that is easily understood;
Provides on-the-job training to associates within assigned area(s) on the responsibilities of the position to ensure accurate processes and methods in data collection and analysis are followed; Ensuring all team members of cross trained in all areas.
