Department: Hospice Administration

Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  Days

Summary:
Serves as a representative of Baptist Health Hospice to patients/ families, physicians, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), businesses and community organizations in the state. Responsible for growing referrals while enhancing the relationships and loyalty of referring physicians and clinic staff, SNF representatives, hospitals, etc. Work collaboratively with the Hospice Agency Director, Administrator, and Customer Service Team Leader to develop new referral sources and maintain existing clients. Work collaboratively with administration and staff at all BH hospital/system locations. Report market intelligence and identify issues that are barriers to referrals.

Other information:
Associates Degree required.  Preferably in Marketing or healthcare related field.  3-5 years of combined experience in customer service, sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must demonstrate clear, concise communication skills, orally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google. Working knowledge of sales and healthcare business environment. Must have a professional appearance, be highly self-motivated, with strong organization, planning and interactive skills and have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License and excellent driving record. Must have ability to operate a vehicle and travel to all accounts/facilities as required. Must be able to work independently and use good judgement according to established policy.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
