Working Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM

Summary:
Provides day to day technical support for the voice and video systems and network through installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Possesses good communications skills and the ability to work in groups or individually on complex technical projects.

Other information:
4 Year College Degree and 2 years of related experience - or 4 or more years of related experience.
Professional level industry certifications desirable - Avaya.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.
Strong personal and time management skills.
Strong work ethic.
Can take concepts and turn them into technical solutions that solve problems.
Highly motivated self-starter interested in constant improvement.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Can identify opportunities and credibly present ideas to management.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
