Description

The Operations Manager, under the direct supervision of the Director of Hem Malignancies and Oncology Services and the Medical Director, is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Bowyer Oncology Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of clinic goals, objectives, and operational strategies.
• Oversee administrative functions, staffing, budgeting, and purchasing to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor daily and financial operations, providing recommendations for improvement and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish care pathways and support long-term program growth.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance patient and staff experiences.

Salary Range: $105,700.00- $234,500.00/annually
