Summary:
This role is dedicated to managing an array of functions related to the PACE program, including finances, billing, Medicare Part D, supply chain and special projects. This position will manage and maintain action item list and deadlines to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately
Evaluates, modifies, and implements computerized and manual financial and statistical processes and programs. Responsible for all billing and accounting functions of the organization. Also responsible for Medicare Part D compliance and CMS/state reporting requirements, and other financial duties as assigned. Will work directly with corporate accounting to assist in preparation of accurate financial statements. This position will assist with process improvement, analytics, various financial reporting (internal and external) such as preparing board presentations, quarterly and annual surveys, cost saving analysis, utilization review, budgets/forecasts, and financial reports related to expansion planning. This position is responsible for direct supervision of business office & billing functions, supply procurement functions and intake coordination. Also, any other projects/tasks as assigned by upward management. This position requires the ability to problem solve, multi-task, and work independently with minimal oversight.
Other information:
Education Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance, or related studies required. Masters in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration preferred. Experience in a leadership capacity and/or supervisory experience required. Experience Generally requires 3 years of accounting experience; however, relevance of experience and education/certification are taken into consideration. Experience in health care, including healthcare billing processes, highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suites required. Strong leadership skills, effective communication skills and ability to multitask and work independently with minimal oversight and in teams is required.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
