Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM
Summary:
• Manages all business operations of the Corporate Compliance department.
• Supervises Secretary II position.
• Oversees special projects such as compliance with government oversight programs.
• Provides oversight and reporting to Compliance Officer for departmental financial information
• Serves as department liaison for human resource matters.
• Provides coaching and assistance to teammates in terms of programs, policies, computer issues etc.
• Schedules appointments/maintains calendars.
• Arranges/sets up meetings.
• Assist with projects, analyzing data and maintaining systems as directed by Department Leadership.including maintaining software and data entry for tracking of Compliance data, education, etc.
• Responsible for updating, management and dissemination of training to new and current employees in areas of compliance, privacy and security including acting as the department liaison with members of the Human Resource Team to ensure compliance training is available to all required learners.
• Works with Centralized Credentialing to create, manage, and implemental training for physician applicants that is accessible from outside the Baptist Health System
• Manages payroll and attendance functions for the Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit departments
• Manages the Non-Monetary Compensation for Physicians tracking system to ensure compliance with Stark regulations.
• Responsible for materials, meetings and minutes for the Compliance Audit Subcommittee of the Board of Trustees
• Responsible for materials, meetings and minutes for the Corporate Compliance Committee.
• Responsible for review, distribution, record keeping and management of the Compliance Hotline Software and issues received through this software.
• Responsible for review, distribution, record keeping and management of the confidential Compliance email box
• Serves as resource for reporting/analyzing data as requested by department staff; material used for reporting to various committees and leadership groups.
• Serve as back-up to XID Administrator position.
• Manages all accounting functions for the department including vendor set-up, invoice submission and first line approval and also monitoring the use of and reconciliation of Bank of America P-card charges.
Other information:
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Ten or more years’ experience in related areas.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to establish work priorities
• Skilled in process analysis and problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to disseminate information.
• Skilled in process analysis and ability to provide resolution.
• Ability to work with system departments to accomplish system-wide compliance goals.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
