Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of nursing care and nursing staff of Parkway Health Center. Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing all functions of nursing services. Participates in admission, care planning, and discharge of residents. Maintains confidentiality and interpersonal relations exemplifying Baptist Health Value and adheres to the Baptist Health Code of Ethical Conduct. Coordinates hiring, scheduling, evaluation and disciplinary action of all nursing staff. Provides in-service training to all employees. Takes necessary precautions to ensure resident safety and infection control. Responsible for achieving budgetary goals for the nursing department.

Other information:
Current RN license in good standing for the State of Arkansas. At least five years experience in a supervisory capacity in Long Term Care. Must have superior communication and organization skills.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
