Summary:

The Assistant to the President provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with the President of Baptist Health. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the President. This role provides executive support to the Board of Trustees including performing duties as Assistant Secretary of the Board of Trustees. The Assistant to the President will act as the liaison between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, confidentiality, trust and support with senior management staff.

Other information:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong work tenure: five to ten years of experience supporting executives preferred, within the non-profit sector, preferably. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Expert level written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
