Working Hours:  8a-5p

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Lea Therapist will, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, assist in the coordination, planning, supervision, and implementation of Therapy services at the Program Level. The Lead Therapist will coordinate with the charge nurse to promote interdisciplinary, effectiveness in the delivery of patient care. The Lead Therapist is responsible for patient status, care needs, and maintaining the programmatic framework

Other information:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family or related field. Current Arkansas license as a Mental Health Professional.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
