Description

Join our esteemed team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Virology, where you will play a pivotal role in disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment. As a CLS, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of healthcare by performing critical laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy in results, and contributing to groundbreaking research initiatives. Key responsibilities: • Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including specimen processing, analysis, and interpretation. • Prepare reagents, perform quality control and calibration for test systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Maintain and repair laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support research initiatives. • Utilize advanced instrumentation and technology, including Roche cobas 4800/6800/8800, Roche cobas Liat, GenMark ePlex, Thermo Fisher Scientific Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Dx Real-Time PCR System, DiaSorin Liaison MDX, Biomerieux NucliSens easyMag and others, to drive innovation in Virology. Salary Range: $51.76 – $68.97/hour
