Performs a variety of functions necessary for meal service. Maintains a clean and orderly environment, and washes equipment and utensils according to standard practices and procedures. Assists with assembling patient trays, special events, and cafeteria meal services. Complies with regulatory requirements.

Education

1) High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience

1) One year experience in hospital food service preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

1) Ability to accurately work with numbers as it would relate to the performance of assigned duties.

2) Proficient with computer systems, electronic devices (including tablets), and other electronic devices as necessary, and wireless phones.

3) Possesses exceptional customer service skills and is able to relate to others effectively and in a professional manner.
