Description
Take on a role as the Sr. Director Perinatal and Pediatric Services within a world-class healthcare system. Drive innovative initiatives to elevate overall patient care. Take your career in a rewarding new direction. At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more. In this key role, you will direct multiple large, complex, critical programs that impact broad constituencies across major portions of our health system. This will involve identifying objectives and overseeing significant fiscal, human, and physical resources with an extremely high degree of autonomy. You will be accountable for formulating and administering policies and programs across inpatient and outpatient areas of pediatrics and perinatal services. As a key member of senior leadership, you will contribute to the development and implementation of major strategic goals and direction, and provide vision for all aspects of the patient experience and quality of care issues. You will be responsible for nursing practice and overall administrative, operational, and financial functions of pediatric and perinatal nursing and clinical services throughout the division.
