Responsibilities

 

As our Senior Software Engineer focused on Human Resources (HR) Technologies,  you will  design, develop and support web applications and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to ensure that complex workflows are streamlined and provide a best in class experience for our employees
• Collaborate with end users on the development of requirements and design of applications. Design user friendly web interfaces, forms and processes. Maintain and enhance existing applications.
• Follow established code guidelines and best practices. Maintain a high degree of knowledge on various technologies and tools. Design and develop HR web applications and functionality using various development tools e.g. .Net, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, Classic ASP, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, HTMLS, CSS, CSS3, Visual Studio, APls, Web Services, and other programming languages necessary.
• Create and provide customized reports to managers, users and vendors. Design reports using MS Access, SQL Reporting Services1, etc.
• Ensure that quality and testing are of the upmost priority.
• Provide troubleshooting support for web applications.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with end users and document requirements related to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Design and configure ServiceNow HR workflows, approvals, services, record producers, and templates. Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HR utilizing Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, and other protocols to deliver solutions that streamline and automate business processes. Develop ServiceNow HR reports and dashboards.
