Description
The Senior Director, Brand Strategy provides strategic direction in support of the UCLA Health brand and organization goals with a focus on brand strategies to competitively differentiate, strengthen reputation, and build market awareness, preference, as well as loyalty. This leadership role manages a team of individuals including brand management, brand advertising, identity systems, trademarks & licensing, brand engagement (including social media). As our Senior Director, you will work closely with vertical experts (communications, strategy, digital marketing, content, operations, research, DGSOM) to ensure alignment across the department and organization. You must apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate market trends, healthcare trends, consumer preference and innovation opportunities, as well as identification and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This position leads planning exercises and provides oversight of tactical objectives designed to achieve the goals of each plan. As a senior leader in Marketing, you will work collaboratively with other Directors including Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience, as well as with our leadership colleagues in Campus Strategic Communications, Media Relations, Leadership Communications, Content, and Government Relations The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is $109,200-$275,400
