JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
•Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Windows applications
•Skill in interacting with persons on a one-to-one basis of various social and educational backgrounds and age
•Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
•Skill in performing all direct and indirect patient care functions
•Ability to shift priorities and adapt to changes
•Ability to work with frequent interruptions
•Excellent customer service
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Not required, but a plus if you have the following:
•CITI training
•Skill to process and handle blood and urine specimens
•Working knowledge for IRB submissions
•Spanish fluency
