Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg - Full Time - Nights (2WEST MEDICAL)

Yuma Regional Medical Center is a 406-bed facility located in sunny, southwestern Arizona. We have a main hospital campus, off-site cancer center, outpatient laboratory services, and numerous clinics as a part of our medical group, including a primary care facility in the Foothills.

We are a medical surgical nursing unit that provides caring and individualized care. We treat adult acute care patients that come in with a variety of acute and chronic illnesses. 2 West Believes in providing the best quality healthcare to our community. Our unit is comprised of 52 beds with a mixture of semi-private and private rooms. If you want the opportunity to learn about every body system, then our unit is for you. We welcome all levels of experience to our unit and have a robust orientation program for all our employee’s to ensure they grow and develop as a professional and provide a great patient experience.

The registered Nurse in the inpatient setting is focused on patient centered care. We strive to incorporate collaboration within the care team. Providing leadership in varying degrees to include orientating new nurses or students, informal and formal opportunities. The Registered Nurse will function within the Scope and Standards of Practice. They are responsible to monitoring and assessing for changes in a patient’s conditions as well as advocating on the patient’s behalf. Our team is focused on putting the patient first and quality centered care.

Minimum Requirements:
· Current Arizona state or compact state licensure as an RN
· American Heart Association BLS

1+ years related experience

Work Schedule: 12-hours, Nights, Varied
