Summary
Under general supervision, the R.N. demonstrates thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, clinical pathways/care maps, team dynamics, hospital systems, and serves as a resource for other R.N. and support staff. Collaborates with leadership in developing and implementing the Spartanburg Medical Center culture, Vision, Mission, and goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience
- New Graduate to Veteran Nurse
License/Registration/Certifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina or Multi Compact State
- BLS
- ACLS (CMC)
- PALS (CMC)
- CPI (CMC)
- NIHSS (CMC)
Preferred Requirements
Preferred Education
- BSN or MSN
Preferred Experience
- One year preferred
