Job Description
Central Carolina Hospital
Summary:
Provides on-site operational leadership on a per shift basis under the direction of CNO or AOC. Responsible for crisis management, making timely decisions that directly impact patient care, ensuring timely and effective communication and collaboration among departments. Contacts employees to fill voids in schedule for operational patient care levels. Maintains own professional growth and development. Communicates important information to the CNO and other Administrative Team members as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Required License:
An active NC or compact state clinical license in a healthcare field is required
Required Certification:
BLS is required within 30 days of hire
